Immigration Salary List

Every occupation on the Immigration Salary List, the UK nations it applies in, and its removal date, taken from the Immigration Rules.

Rules checked against GOV.UK: 6 November 2026

The Immigration Salary List in Appendix Immigration Salary List covers 25 SOC 2020 codes. Jobs on the list can use points option D, which needs a salary of at least £33,400 and the going rate. An occupation only counts as on the list where the certificate of sponsorship was issued before the removal date shown (31 December 2026 or 22 July 2028).

What the list is for

Appendix Skilled Worker gives jobs on the Immigration Salary List their own points options: option D (general threshold £33,400, 100% of the going rate) and option I (£25,000, 100% of the going rate) for applicants who can use options F–J. Medium Skilled codes on the list can be sponsored for new applicants. See salary thresholds.

An occupation is only included on the list where an application has been made using a certificate of sponsorship issued by a sponsor to an applicant before the removal date stated in the table. (Appendix Immigration Salary List)
